The storyteller Aesop is believed to have lived in ancient Greece. However, no one knows if he was an actual person or whether the collection attributed to his name has a wider authorship. There are many stories about Aesop, and he is mentioned in the writings of Greek historian Herodotus, and Aristotle. However, many believe that Aesop himself never existed and that the fables attributed to him have been written by many and collected over time in that name. Whatever be the truth, today, an Aesop's story has come to mean a tale featuring animals that offers a simple moral at the end. The name Aesop itself has become legendary in carrying the storytelling tradition to newer generations and has lasted through time, much like our own Panchatantra. This collection of stories is for the young reader and features popular Aesop's tales that can be read and reread. Told in simple language with colourful illustrations to match, this volume make for a delightful reading experience.

Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
At Orange Idea, customer satisfaction is our prime focus. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return them within 7 days of delivery. There are certain products which are not returnable i.e.: Reference Books, Story Books, and Knowledge Books etc.
